Klak is a non-custodial frontend interface. We are committed to minimal data collection. This policy describes what data we collect, why, and how it is used.
We do not collect personal information such as your name, email address, or government ID. When you connect your wallet, your public wallet address is used solely to fetch your on-chain data from Hyperliquid's public API. This address is never stored on Klak servers.
All trades, positions, and transactions you execute through Klak are recorded on Hyperliquid's public blockchain. This data is publicly visible and immutable. Klak has no control over on-chain data.
Klak uses browser localStorage to store your UI preferences. No cookies are used for tracking or advertising. No data stored locally is transmitted to Klak servers.
Klak connects to Hyperliquid's public API and WebSocket endpoints to provide market data and execute trades. We do not share your data with advertisers or data brokers.
Since we do not store personal data on our servers, there is no retention period. Your localStorage preferences can be cleared at any time through your browser settings.
Klak does not hold private keys or funds. Your wallet security is entirely your responsibility. We recommend using a hardware wallet for significant funds.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
