By accessing or using Klak ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. Klak is a non-custodial frontend interface that routes orders to Hyperliquid's decentralized exchange infrastructure. Klak does not hold user funds, execute trades on your behalf, or act as a counterparty to any transaction.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. By using Klak, you represent that you are not located in, incorporated in, or a resident of any jurisdiction where use of decentralized perpetuals trading is prohibited. Restricted jurisdictions include, but are not limited to: the United States of America, Canada, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Russia, Belarus, and any jurisdiction subject to OFAC sanctions or similar regulatory restrictions.
Klak is a frontend interface only. All trades are executed on Hyperliquid's Layer 1 blockchain. Klak does not custody, control, or have access to your funds at any time. You are solely responsible for the security of your private keys and wallet.
Klak charges a builder fee of 1 basis point (0.01%) on each trade routed through the Platform. This fee is collected by Klak's designated builder address and is disclosed at the point of wallet connection.
Nothing on the Platform constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Trading perpetual futures involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all users. You may lose all funds you deposit.
Perpetual futures trading carries significant risks including but not limited to: liquidation risk, smart contract risk, oracle manipulation risk, extreme volatility, funding rate risk, and regulatory risk.
You may not use the Platform to: (a) violate any applicable law or regulation; (b) engage in market manipulation or wash trading; (c) circumvent any geographic restrictions using VPNs or proxies; (d) access the Platform from a restricted jurisdiction.
The Klak name, logo, and all associated branding are the property of Klak. The Platform's frontend code may not be copied or redistributed without permission.
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Klak is not liable for any losses arising from use of the Platform, including losses due to bugs, downtime, smart contract failures, or market conditions.
Klak reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis.
